Submit Meter Readings

Meter readings for consumer read meters should be read on the 1st of each month, and sent to NPEC by the fifteenth of the month to avoid estimated bills. Also by reading the meters on the 1st of each month, you will be billed for approximately the same number of days each month. Use the form below to submit your meter reading to Northern Plains.

• Please fill out this form completely.
• If you have more than one account, please fill out a separate form for each account.
• Meters should be read on the 1st of each month and then submitted.
