At the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives (NDAREC) AT&S Conference held in January, Northern Plains Electric Cooperative received the Safety Performance Award. An award given to electric cooperatives that had zero OSHA recordable injuries in a year.

NPEC takes pride in fostering a culture where every employee takes responsibility for themselves and others. It requires continuous practice and effort to make sure everyone goes home safe to their families at the end of the day.
